Description
Innovation requires taking risks and sometimes things may not go as hoped. During this session participants will be placed in a small groups and are encouraged to come prepared to humbly share a challenge that they are trying to address in their labs with a small group of colleagues. The goal of this session is to crowd-source ideas and solutions and/or gather feedback on proposed solutions.

Session 3 – Lightning Presentations
Post Pandemic Pedagogy Project Sharing –
“Things I want/need to do next year” and/or “Does anyone want to collaborate?”

Description
Participants will be given 5-10 minutes (depending on attendance) to informally summarize their proposed teaching projects for the 2021/22 academic year in hopes of finding support, collaborators, ideas, and resources.

Session 4 – Virtual Drinks Discussion
3:15- 4:00 pm (Participants welcome to stay longer)
Description
This is will be an informal opportunity to discuss if we want to formalize, what are everyone’s priorities, we can also address how to tackle the issue of the role of a geoscience lab in the post-pandemic world. Attendees welcome to stay and chat longer.
